Ideas of how or what to donate: unsealed cards for holidays; tray treats for holidays; new books or new game books such as crossword puzzles or word search; pads of paper with pens; and monetary donations are needed and willingly accepted.

You can also donate your time. Please consider becoming a volunteer driver. Current positions needed are on Monday, Tuesday or Friday to pick up three standard size coolers and three small coolers from our Sun ‘n Lakes site in Sebring and deliver the coolers to our drivers in Lake Placid. We meet the Lake Placid volunteers at the American Legion parking area. The drivers will give you empty coolers to be returned to our location in Sun ‘n Lakes. Sebring.

Another volunteer position available is for a Lake Placid route driver on Mondays. (LP2) We will train you on your first day. You will get your meals delivered to the American Legion, deliver your route, and keep the coolers until the following delivery date, then swap the empty coolers for full ones!
